THE SYSTEM-SYNERGETIC APPROACH AS A METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN SOCIONOMIC SPECIALTIES

Abstract

The article reflects the results of a scientific study of the problem of introducing a system-synergistic approach as a methodological basis for professional training of future specialists in socionomic specialties.The influence of synergy on the development of the pedagogical process, which is a holistic system that includes a number of subsystems: the teacher, the student, the social and educational environment, the student and teaching teams, is determined.Attention is focused on the fact that for the personality of a future specialist in socionomic specialties, the presence of bifurcation points and the ontological role of a random factor ensure dominance in the educational activity of self-education, self-organization, self-management and consists in a stimulating effect on the subject with the goal of self-disclosure and self-improvement, self-actualization in the process of cooperation. The special relevance of synergetics as a methodological approach to the professional training of future representatives of socionomic specialties who perceive and exert social influence in an open social environment as a large, complex system is noted. The use of a system-synergistic approach allows you to create a new methodology, which, on the one hand, has a clearly expressed personal orientation, and on the other hand, determines the conditions and perspectives of interaction with the external environment. It has been proven that the use of a system-synergistic approach in the study of processes and phenomena in education and training allows: to look at the methodological foundations of modern higher school pedagogy in a new way, from a systemic perspective; in the educational environment; allows you to purposefully investigate connections and relationships in the complex structures of subsystems of the educational system.This allows us to judge the system-synergistic approach as a methodology, in the context of which the formation and development of professional qualities of socionomists in various complex systems, including social ones, is considered.
