Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of educating a value attitude to a healthy lifestyle in children of middle preschool age. The article deals with the forms, methods and means of educating a value attitude to a healthy lifestyle in children of middle preschool age. Attention is focused on the importance of forming a conscious attitude to one's own health as a fundamental human value in the younger generation. The necessity of an integrated approach to the educational process, which involves the integration of the efforts of teachers, parents and the use of various forms, methods and means of influence, is substantiated.Various forms of interaction with families of pupils are analyzed, namely: informational, organizational, educational and practice-oriented.The essence of the methods of educating a value-based attitude to a healthy lifestyle for preschool children is substantiated: methods of forming consciousness and beliefs (storytelling, conversation, explanation, instruction), methods of organizing activities and forming behavioral experience (exercises, training, creating educational situations), methods of stimulating behavior (encouragement, punishment, competition). Special attention is paid to the method of positive example, methods of persuasion, exercises and encouragement.The author emphasizes the need to create an appropriate subject-spatial environment for the realization of children's health-improving activities. The importance of combining different types of children's activity is substantiated: communicative, labor, cognitive and research, productive, musical and artistic.The article analyzes the means of education, such as teaching materials, sports equipment, interactive tools and natural factors.The article concludes by emphasizing that effective education of a healthy lifestyle in middle-aged children requires an integrated approach that involves the integration of the efforts of teachers and parents, the use of various forms, methods and means, as well as the creation of a favorable educational environment.
