Abstract

The article analyzes theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of violence in modern psychological science. School violence is a socio-psychological phenomenon, which is characterized by the use of any action of one person against another (student-student, teacher-student, student-teacher) in an educational environment. The peculiarities of the manifestation of aggressive behavior in primary school students have been empirically studied. As a result of empirical research, the types of participants in aggressive behavior were identified. It is established that psychological correction of aggressive behavior is a long-term process aimed at preventing the negative impact of factors influencing the formation of aggressive behavior. A system of psycho-corrective measures is proposed, which is aimed at forming adequate self-esteem, communicative skills of constructive interaction, development of emotional self-regulation, change of social status in the classroom, reduction of aggression and reduction of anxiety in students.
