ТЕРМІНОЛОГІЯ БЕЗПЕКИ ТА СТІЙКОСТІ ШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ: ІСТОРИЧНИЙ ГЕНЕЗИС ТА КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ

У статті здійснено комплексний історико-генетичний та концептуальний аналіз термінології безпеки та стійкості шкільної освіти в науковому дискурсі. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена стрімким зростанням гуманітарних криз, збройних конфліктів, пандемій і природних катастроф, що суттєво впливають на освітні системи. Простежено еволюцію ключових понять – від «school safety» (шкільна безпека) і «safe schools» (безпечні школи), що виникли як реакція на шкільне насильство в США наприкінці ХХ ст. (стрілянина в Коламбайнській школі 1999 року), до ширших термінів, таких як «education in emergencies» (освіта в надзвичайних ситуаціях), «educational resilience» (освітня резильєнтність), «disaster risk reduction in education» (зниження ризику катастроф в освіті) та «trauma-informed approach» (підхід з урахуванням травматичного досвіду). Встановлено, що початково безпекова термінологія формувалася у відповідь на локальні загрози, проте згодом набула глобального виміру, інтегруючись в дискурс освіти та педагогіки, зокрема в рамках Comprehensive School Safety Framework та Education for Sustainable Development. Проаналізовано співвідношення понять «стійкість» і «резильєнтність» у сучасному українському контексті: стійкість акцентує на внутрішній стабільності та довгостроковій адаптації, тоді як резильєнтність підкреслює динамічний процес відновлення та трансформації після шоків. Окреслено їхні семантичні відмінності, рівні застосування (індивідуальний, інституційний, системний) та вплив на формування компетентностей у здобувачів освіти. Доведено, що сучасне розуміння безпеки шкільної освіти виходить далеко за межі фізичного захисту (укриття, охорона) та охоплює психосоціальні (підтримка ментального здоров›я), інституційні (освітня безперервність) й нормативні аспекти (законодавство про освіту в кризових ситуаціях). Здійснено спробу систематизації фрагментарної термінології та її адаптації до воєнного контексту. Отримані результати можуть слугувати теоретичною основою для вдосконалення освітньої політики України в умовах війни та післявоєнної відбудови.
