PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR PREPARING FUTURE OFFICERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES AND COMBAT TASKS AS ASSIGNED

Abstract

The article proposes a system of pedagogical conditions for preparing future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) to perform their assigned combat duties. It highlights the contradictions between the current requirements for NGU officers and the actual practice of their training, which demonstrate the need to update the military education system, strengthen the practical orientation of training, improve professional and psychological training, and foster a strong motivation for continuous professional development among students. Based on an analysis of scientific sources, research by domestic scientists, and the practice of higher military education institutions, a number of factors have been identified that will contribute to the development of motivational readiness, professional knowledge and skills, and, in general, the formation of the readiness of future NGU officers to perform their assigned combat duties. These factors include pedagogical, innovative, organisational, educational, methodological and diagnostic factors. Their interconnection with the components of the process of forming the aforementioned readiness has been established. Based on the analysed experience, a separate system of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the aforementioned readiness has been identified, including: targeted formation of the motivational and value sphere of future NGU officers; integration of innovative educational technologies into the educational process; formation of individual educational trajectories for students; integration of service and combat training with educational activities; psychological and pedagogical support and development of stress resistance; development of soft skills in the context of service and combat activities; creation of a safe and inclusive educational environment; educational and methodological support for the professional development of teachers; systematic monitoring and diagnosis of the educational achievements of students. The identified pedagogical conditions create a comprehensive system of influences on the training of future NGU officers, and their comprehensive implementation will contribute to the development of motivational readiness, professional skills and abilities, teamwork skills, psychological resilience and professional self-development. The results obtained are of practical importance for the improvement of educational programmes and the professional training system, and also determine the prospects for further scientific research in the field of military pedagogy.
