FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL CULTURE AS A FACTOR IN STUDENT EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Abstract

In the current conditions of rapid digitalization of all spheres of social life, including education, the importance of forming a professional culture of higher education students is growing as a key factor in their comprehensive development. Professional culture provides not only professional training, but also forms moral and ethical guidelines, value attitudes and a responsible attitude to professional activity in the digital environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of digitalization of the educational space on the process of forming a professional culture of higher education students and to determine effective pedagogical conditions for the implementation of this process, to determine pedagogical conditions and tools that contribute to the formation of a professional culture of education students in digital reality, to assess the impact of digital technologies on the value orientations of future specialists. The formation of a professional culture in the conditions of digitalization of higher education requires an integrated approach that combines technological innovations with humanitarian values. The digital environment not only transforms forms of education, but also opens up new opportunities for educating highly cultured, socially responsible and competitive specialists. Successful implementation of this goal is possible provided that pedagogical strategies aimed at developing critical thinking, ethical awareness and digital competence of students are integrated. At the same time, special attention is required to form a sustainable motivation for self-development, academic integrity and the ability to adapt to changes in the digital environment, which contributes to high-quality professional training and self-realization of the individual. Digitalization changes not only learning technologies, but also the socio-cultural context of interaction between participants in the educational process. That is why the professional culture of students should be formed taking into account ethical norms of behavior in the digital environment and the responsible use of digital tools.
