PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF CORRECTION OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOUR OF ADOLESCENTS

Abstract

The article deals with the psychological determinants of correction of deviant behavioural stereotypes in adolescence, classification of conditions, and criteria. The psychological conditions of correctional work are also specified in an algorithmic manner. It should be noted that the concept of ‘condition’ is the most universal concept, since a set of conditions can ensure the implementation of certain psychological, pedagogical, socio- economic phenomena as relevant components of life. In other words, with the help of certain conditions we can ensure the implementation of anything as a means, factor or mechanism of pedagogical or psychological processes. Motivation is considered as one of the factors that determine behaviour, distinguished from the broader concept of behavioural mechanism. Modern psychology considers behaviour as a process that develops in space and time. The main stages of this process are defined. Since the essential property of the deviant behavioural stereotype is deviance, in the context of our study we define the studied concept as an integral type of psychological phenomena that have biogenetic origin, social determination, behavioural implementation and contribute to the reduction of deviance in the behaviour of an adolescent. In addition, the basis for the division of the studied concept may be the spheres of activity (behaviour) that are closely interrelated. In order to study the problem of one of the components of psychological conditions, we believe, first of all, it is necessary to clarify the terminology and content of the concepts that characterise behavioural disorders. Among the leading components that make up the psychological conditions of correction, we consider it extremely important to understand the internal structure of psychological phenomena.
