The article provides a theoretical justification for the concept of a psychologist’s communicative ecosystem in a wartime context as a space for information mediation, dialogue, meaning-making and psychological safety. The relevance of this research stems from the fact that, in a situation of prolonged military threat, a psychologist’s professional communication takes place against a backdrop of traumatic experiences, information overload, emotional strain, uncertainty and compromised safety. The aim of this article is to provide a theoretical justification for the concept of the psychologist’s communicative ecosystem in wartime as a space for information mediation and meaning-making, and to identify its structural components, functions and significance for ensuring the psychological safety of professional interaction. The study is based on the method of theoretical reconstruction of the subjective architectonics of the phenomenon of the psychologist’s communicative ecosystem. The methodological framework of the study is based on the intersubjective and crisis-psychological approaches, the theory of communicative action, the concept of information mediation, an ecosystemic view of professional interaction, as well as the philosophical-systemic ideas of G. Bateson and E. Morin’s doctrine of complex thinking. The authors propose a definition of the psychologist’s communicative ecosystem in wartime as a dynamic system of professional, informational, ethical, emotional-regulatory, digital, institutional and reflective interactions. Seven structural components of this ecosystem are identified: client-dialogical, information-mediating, meaning-creating, ethical-security, digital-communicative, professionalcommunity and reflective. Their functional orientations are defined as follows: dialogical, orientational, meaning-making, deontological, protective, stabilizing and resource-oriented. It is demonstrated that a psychologist’s communicative ecosystem ensures not only the effectiveness of professional interaction, but also the maintenance of psychological safety, the meaningful integration of war experiences, and the professional self-preservation of the specialist.
