Abstract

The integration of the “Fundamentals of National Resistance” course into higher education institutions requires innovative approaches to military training. High intensity and tight schedules necessitate flexible management tools to maintain educational quality under resource constraints. This paper aims to conceptually substantiate and develop a model for generating managerial value within short-term, militarily oriented educational projects. The methodological framework integrates systemic, process, and project approaches, incorporating contemporary management concepts: Educational Project Management, Learning Analytics, Data-Driven Management, Performance Management, and Adaptive Learning. The application of theoretical modeling, comparative source analysis, synthesis, and generalization provided a holistic perspective on the problem. The study substantiates a shift in the instructor’s role, redefining them as an educational project manager. The structure of short-term learning is reconceptualized by dividing the educational process into a system of interconnected micro-projects (learning cycles), optimizing resource allocation and enhancing efficiency. Consequently, the author developed a managerial value generation model that integrates planning, operational control, analytical decision support, outcome monitoring, and educational environment optimization. The findings advance the theory of short-term program management regarding internal managerial value creation. The proposed model serves as an applied tool for designing, supporting, and delivering military intensives in higher education institutions. Future research will focus on the empirical verification of the developed model and the practical evaluation of its effectiveness.
